Day 1Welcome to Puerto Rico

You’ll be greeted at the Luis Muñoz Marin International airport in San Juan by a Mojo Active Adventures representative. We’ll transfer to our private, Condado-area boutique hotel (just a short 15 minute drive away). Connect with your fellow adventurers and get psyched for the incredible days to come over a welcome reception, salsa lessons and dinner later that evening. Afterwards, power down and recharge in the comfort of your own luxurious room.

Day 2SUP Excursion and Walking Culinary Tour of Historic Old San Juan

After enjoying a wholesome breakfast, we’ll put our core muscles and upper body strength to the test as we explore the Condado lagoon via SUP, working our way in front of the famous 400 year old El Morro Fort. This beautiful, 6-level structure stands guard at the entrance to San Juan as a reminder of a by-gone era when invading countries would attempt to claim this prized city and harbor. Afterwards, you’re free to enjoy lunch on your own, an afternoon of sight-seeing/shopping, or simply a little extra R&R at our hotel. Later that evening, we’ll embark on a private culinary walking tour of historic Old San Juan. You’ll have the opportunity to learn about the unique history of the island while sampling it’s delicious local cuisine.

Day 3National Geographic Top 50 Journey of a Lifetime -- Canyoneering/Caving Adventure

Ranked among National Geographic’s Top 50 Journeys of a Lifetime, this quite literally will be an adventure unlike anything else you’ve ever experienced. We are living life to the fullest! We’ll set out early morning to explore the famous Rio Camuy cave system in its truly natural state. Our expert guides will properly gear and psyche us up as we start off on a series of zip lines, soaring over the great Angeles’ sinkhole. Next, we’ll rappel into the mouth of the cave where once inside, we’ll explore the large chambers, traveling over boulders and through subterranean rivers while marveling at the formations and abundant fossils lining the walls. Be prepared for a full and invigorating day! No prior experience is needed, however, you must know how to swim and expect a physically demanding adventure.

For those who prefer to opt out of the caving adventure, a suitable alternative activity will be suggested.

Later that evening, we’ll enjoy a well-earned group dinner and views of the surrounding San Juan skyline on our beautiful hotel rooftop.

After lunch we’ll head via private boat charter to the nearby island of Vieques. There, we’ll enjoy snorkeling in pristine Caribbean waters, checking out an array of colorful reef formations and getting up close and personal with tropical fish. Later that evening, we’ll celebrate our accomplishments and toast to future ones at one of the island’s most acclaimed local’s favorite restaurant.

Step out of your comfort zone and take a trip with Mojo Adventures! We just returned from Puerto Rico and this trip was outstanding! Every detail was taken care of, accommodations and adventure tour companies were first class! I went with only knowing one person out of 16… I quickly bonded with all the women through this amazing trip! Molly has thought of everything and then some, you truly get the best treatment from everyone you come in contact with! I highly recommend Mojo Adventures to anyone looking to unplug and reconnect!
