*A $1500 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your spot. Final payment is due 60 days prior to trip departure. All trip payments are nonrefundable. Mojo Active Adventures must strictly adhere to this policy to offset costs incurred prior to the commencement of the tour. We highly recommend the purchase of a supplemental insurance policy to protect your investment against the unexpected. We are happy to provide you with a comprehensive quote through our preferred partner Travelex insurance.
Trip Minimums: All pricing is based on a minimum of 10 participants. We require this minimum to operate a tour. While we’ll do our best to avoid cancelling a departure, should a scheduled tour need to be cancelled due to low participation numbers, you will receive a refund of all payments made (including deposit). We simply request you refrain from booking airfare until receiving confirmation that trip minimums have been met.

However, these are physically-active tours, so please contact us if you have any concerns or physical limitations so that we may suggest suitable alternatives. Additionally, all activities are optional. You always have the ability to skip something if it does not resonate with you. This is your experience!
For this adventure, you’ll fly into Great Falls (GTF) airport. Your hosts will meet you at the airport and transfer you to our “basecamp” for the duration of the adventure — a private, luxury ranch home featuring panoramic views of the surrounding mountains.. Connect with your fellow travelers over a welcome reception, dinner and western line dancing lessons.

Following a delicious, healthy breakfast we’ll divide the group up and sample several fun western activities. Everyone will have a chance to try their hand at Fly Fishing (Montana is known as a world-class destination for this), 3D archery and clay shooting.

After a chef-prepared breakfast, we’ll learn the secrets of professional horsemanship from one of the ranch’s experts then saddle up for a privately-guided ride throughout the ranch property. We’ll stop en route for a picnic lunch, followed by a well-earned stretch and recovery yoga session at the conclusion of the ride.
That evening, we’ll head into Great Falls for dinner followed by cocktails at the world-famous Sip and Dip Lounge. (Mermaids in Montana anyone?)

This morning enjoy a privately-guided hike in the nearby, picturesque “Sluice Boxes” state park. Enjoy sometime well-earned downtime (optional massage) in the afternoon. Then, join us for cocktails and a fun cattle roping demonstration in the ranches’ arena that evening. Onsite dinner to follow.

Take advantage of an optional morning yoga session (or choose to sleep in — all good!) then power up over breakfast. Today, you’ll enjoy privately-guided ATV tour of the ranch. We’ll stop along the way for a picturesque picnic lunch and have the opportunity to cool off in the nearby creek.
That evening, we’ll toast to good friends and great adventures outdoors at one of the ranches most spectacular look out locales.

A luxury, 5100 square foot professionally decorated private home featuring 5 bedrooms with en suite baths, outdoor hut tub, outdoor fire pit, movie room, gourmet kitchen, outdoor seating area and amazing views.

ABOUT THE PROPERTY
The Ranches at Belt Creek is a luxury Montana guest ranch located 25 minutes outside of Great Falls and 30 minutes from Showdown Mountain.
The ranch features a combination of private ranch homes, guest cabins, five-star services, sweeping plains and mountain ranges.
