Hosting an Adventure for Friends is as easy as Ready, Set, Go MOJO!

Skál!  A shot of Brennivin is well-deserved after hiking to the top of the world.

Esther Dodero has been on 6 MOJO adventures. This time she switched things up and invited a group of couples to join her and her husband on an Icelandic Adventure.

She knew she could trust us to create a one-of-a-kind experience that she now sets as her travel standard. We sat down with Esther to get her point-of-view as a host.  Follow along if you’re thinking about a customizing an adventure where we do all the work.

When Esther contacted MOJO Adventures she did so with a high degree of confidence.  She has plenty of experience as a MOJO client and knew she couldn’t trust anyone else to plan this adventure for her friends.

Here’s what she had to say…

Q: What was the first MOJO Adventure you went on and who did you travel with?

A: My first MOJO adventure was a girls trip to Colorado Springs with a bunch of neighbors. I believe it was the trip that launched MOJO Adventures as a lot of women encouraged her to plan the journey based on Molly’s own travel experiences.

Q: How many adventures have you been on with MOJO Adventures?

A: I recently got back from my 6th adventure. I’ve been to Puerto Rico, Costa Rica, Colorado twice and Iceland twice!

Q: Why did you choose to work with MOJO for this couple’s trip?

A: I knew Molly would plan a great trip for us because she has a great reputation and amazing partners in Iceland. Her attention to detail and her creativity makes every vacation special.

Q: What’s your favorite part about working with Molly and her team?

A: You don’t have to worry about anything – from what to pack to planning the itinerary. She is constantly surprising us in the best way possible and I knew her team would take care of every detail.

Q: How did your guests enjoy the details that you know MOJO brings to every adventure? What was their favorite part?

A: Everyone loved the cave dinner! It was a total surprise; a jeep took us out to the middle of nowhere where we hiked this beautiful gorge.  Then, low and behold, there was this beautiful candlelight dinner inside a cave. It is hard to put into words how amazing of an experience Molly and her team provide, but we are already planning our next MOJO trip!

Q: Can you share a favorite photo from your trip and caption it for us?

A: “Skál”!  (“Cheers” in Icelandic). A shot of Brennivin is well-deserved after hiking to the top of the world!
