Can you accommodate special dietary restrictions/preferences?

Yes, we are more than happy to accommodate special dietary requests with advance notice.


What should I pack?

You will be provided with a detailed packing list prior to departure. All necessary safety equipment for individual activities will be supplied by our outfitters.


What type of pre and post-trip services are provided?

Upon registration, Mojo Active Adventurers will contact you to discuss your flight information, group airport transfers, detailed destination information and hotel accommodations.  Closer to departure, you will also be provided with a detailed welcome packet including packing suggestions, daily itineraries, and trip overviews to make sure you’re fully prepared.  Should you require assistance in “carrying it forward” after you return home, we’re also here to help!


When should I book my trip and how can I reserve my space?

Book your reservation as soon as possible, as trips are contingent on a minimum number of attendees and accommodation preferences are on a first come, first serve basis.  A $600 non-refundable deposit secures your spot.  Please click here to make a reservation.


What is included in the price for my Mojo adventure?

To provide you with the best, most stress-free experience, we include nearly everything for each trip except airfare.


What is your cancellation policy?

Please refer to our “Trips” page for a detailed description of our cancellation policy.


How many people can I expect to be on my trip?

We want your experience to be truly authentic and personalized, therefore, a Mojo Active Adventure never exceeds a maximum of 14 guests.


Insurance

Should I purchase travel insurance for my trip?

If you are concerned about the possibility of a conflict after booking, we recommend you contact www.insuremytrip.com (800-487-4722), within 10-21 days of making your initial trip deposit, to explore a variety of trip cancellation insurance options.


Payment

Is gratuity included?

Yes, to simplify and enhance your overall experience, gratuity is already included for all group excursions, activities and transportation.  Any special arrangements made outside of the group will be at your own expense.

Requirements

I’m worried about keeping up — what type of fitness level is required?

These are active-lifestyle trips so itineraries assume a basic level of fitness. No prior experience is needed for individual activities.  If you have questions about any aspect of the trip as a “fit” for you personally, just ask.


Do I need a passport to travel to Puerto Rico if I’m a US citizen?

No, traveling to Puerto Rico is like going anywhere within the United States.  Because it is a US territory, all US citizens need is a driver’s license or other valid form of photo ID.
