In addition to our signature adventure-based activities, attendees have the opportunity to engage in a variety of bonus fitness disciplines such as yoga, functional fitness, strength and interval training. 

Balance is the key

While fitness is a key element of a healthy lifestyle, rewarding yourself with earned relaxation (spa visits), a healthy, yet guilt-free diet (we eat well), and simply taking time to enjoy yourself are important too. 

It’s YOUR experience

Workouts are optional and specific agendas may be designed to suit the group for each trip.  Otherwise, Mojo guests are encouraged to step outside of their comfort zone, challenge themselves, and go “all in”.
